3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:
Service providers. Companies that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, email, text messaging, scheduling, customer relationship management, analytics, and IT support. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Product manufacturers. The manufacturer of the products we import, to quote and produce private label orders and to investigate product quality or safety concerns.
Distributors and retailers. If you ask where to buy our products, or want to buy wholesale through a distributor, we may pass your inquiry to the right distributor or retailer.
Advertising and analytics partners. Companies that provide cookies, pixels, and similar tools on the Site, as described in Section 4.
Legal and safety reasons. Government authorities, regulators such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, courts, or others, when we believe disclosure is required by law, needed to respond to legal process, or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers. A buyer, successor, or other party in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business.
With your consent. When you ask us to share your information, or agree that we may.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Text messages. We do not sell or share mobile information, including your text message opt-in and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described elsewhere in this policy does not apply to text message opt-in data and consent; we share them only with the providers that deliver our messages, or as the law requires.
Some state laws treat certain uses of advertising cookies and pixels as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even when no money changes hands. Because we use these tools, you can opt out as described in Sections 4 and 6.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and third parties use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels are small pieces of code in web pages or emails that show when content is viewed or a link is clicked.
Essential cookies make the Site work, for example by keeping it secure or remembering your cookie choices.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics. You can see how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Advertising cookies and pixels let partners such as Meta and Google measure our ads and show you relevant ads on other websites and apps.
Email pixels in our marketing emails tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
Third parties that provide these tools may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.
Your choices. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, but parts of the Site may not work without them. You can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. You can change your cookie choices at any time through our cookie banner or the cookie settings link on the Site.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising, for that browser.
5. Your Choices

How to make a request

Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still send an opt-out request to info@batookimports.com.
7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we require our service providers to do the same. No website, email, or data transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes fulfilling orders, keeping business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, customs, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. International Visitors
We are based in the United States, and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you use the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Some service providers and partners, including the manufacturer of the products we import, may process information in other countries.
11. Third-Party Websites and Social Media
The Site may link to websites and services we do not control, such as social media platforms and online retailers. This policy does not apply to them, so please review their privacy policies. Anything you post publicly, such as comments on our social media pages, can be seen and used by others.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will give you additional notice as required by law, such as a notice on the Site or an email.
